Atelier Nostima Sàrl offers freshly baked cookies and cookie cakes handcrafted in Switzerland using high-quality ingredients.
All products are intended for personal consumption only and may not be resold without prior written agreement.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed exclusively through our website.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Major credit cards
- TWINT
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- All orders are final once confirmed and cannot be canceled or modified.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are made exclusively within Switzerland.
To ensure optimal freshness, delivery times are determined according to the order placement day, as outlined in the table below:

Once prepared, your order will be shipped via Swiss Post or DHL, depending on the chosen shipping method.
Atelier Nostima Sàrl is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
However, if your order arrives damaged or with a deteriorated package, you must contact us immediately upon delivery at info@ateliernostima.ch

To allow us to investigate the issue, please provide:
- A detailed description of the problem
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Your order number
After review, we may offer one of the following solutions, depending on the case:
- A free replacement shipment
- A store credit for a future order
- A full or partial refund

A full list of ingredients and allergens is available on our website.
Each product box includes a QR code linking to detailed ingredient and allergen information online.
Atelier Nostima Sàrl is not liable for allergic reactions if allergens are properly declared.

Although we take great care in preparing and packaging our products, Atelier Nostima Sàrl is not responsible for:
Delays caused by carriers or external circumstances
Allergic reactions when allergen information is clearly provided
